Fuel shut off cock.

drhude
My buddy has a Yamaha EF3000ISEB generator for his toy hauler. He was having a problem with the choke cable while he was camping and removed the control panel to gain access. He replaced the cable and solved that issue but seems to have lost some kind of extender or spacer that goes between the the fuel knob and the fuel cock. Now the fuel knob just spins because it is to short to reach the fuel valve. I have looked on all parts diagrams and cant find it. Is this included with a replacement fuel cock or gas knob? The Yamaha dealer has been no help. Any information or pictures would be appreciated.

drhude, Looking at the parts diagram:
Control Box 2
it looks like the 2 screws (28) are used to locate the bracket (30) holding the fuel cock (27) in its proper position, which got disrupted when the control panel was removed/replaced. Go back in there and line things up.
